Internally we take great pride in the quality of our environmentally considerate packaging and speed of despatch.*

All UK orders are now sent with a Fully Tracked Royal Mail 48 hour service as standard. Mainland European delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail, DHL or DPD.

Same working day despatch is guaranteed for orders placed and cleared before 16:00 (though it is not uncommon for orders received after this time to be processed). For heavier items or orders that require a specialised European courier services, this time is 15:00, if you are in any doubt please message us or telephone +44-1904-404-204.

There are however instances where we may have to change the delivery service to a courier service; these may include weight, size and volume of items.  This is rare however we like to make you aware that occasionally the shipping times and expectations slip ever-so-slightly.

Deliveries to Destinations Outside the UK

A specialised and fast, air/road delivery service for these items is available into Mainland Europe for destinations including France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

* We have made every effort to ensure our packaging is as environmentally considerate as is possible; generally we use a carton with a special grade of paper and biodegradable wheat packaging peanuts (white).  We do however occasionally have to use bubble wrap and do reuse recycled polystyrene peanuts (eco-flo, green) from any inbound deliveries received, though this infrequent and in very low volume.  Regrettably at present vinyl tape is unavoidable.
