Returns
You have the right to cancel your order or return an item, though if you wish to return it must be unopened, unused and in the same condition it was sent to you. Used items returned will not be refunded due to reasons of health and hygiene (Part 3 (28) (3) (a) of the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Due to the nature of the cosmetic products, hygiene issues and the potential of contamination we are unable to accept returns if the item has been opened and the seal has been broken. If an item is received in a faulty state then a replacement will be processed and shipped out only if the product remains unopened and sealed.
See Section 2. Exchanges, for further details.
1.26 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us. All items submitted for a return MUST still be sealed and unopened, if these are found to be opened then the item will not be refunded and the cost to return the item will be incurred by the customer.
1.3 Returns/exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.yoihair.com, if you have purchased from a third party or retail partner then they must arrange your return or exchange.
1.4 When returning items to YOI Ltd, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
1.5 Gifted products can not be returned or refunded.
1.6 All gift cards are non-refundable.
2. EXCHANGES
2.1 Exchanges may only occur on items received in a faulty or damaged state. Proof of the issue will need to be photographed, dated and sent directly to YOI Ltd upon receipt of the box or within a 3 day period from receipt. Exchange requests without photographic proof will not be processed.
3. FAULTY GOODS
3.1 YOI Ltd is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it supplies and produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.

Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. YOI Ltd are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
